Shipping Info For Our International Customers (Outside the US):

Once your order is accepted, it will be mailed out during the next 48 hours (We ship from Sunday-Friday).
If you place an order on Saturday your package will ship out the following Sunday or Monday.
A tracking number will be provided to you through email.

Shipping Options:
•Free International Postal Service Shipping (7-20 Business Days)
Free shipping orders shipment will be mailed through China Post.
You can track your shipment by using the tracking number we provide on http://www.17track.net/index_en.shtml (Golbal Postal).

In SOME OF the countries, the tracking numbers work on the local post office websites (for example: Canada Post) once it gets into the destination country.

If the tracking websites do not seem to be working correctly, no worries. We promise it is in the mail. It can sometimes take 2 -5 days to get into the global mail systems.

•UK Free Shipping (Trackable 7-20 Business Days)

•DHL Express International Delivery (4-8 Business Days)
Your shipment will be mailed through DHL Express, you can track your shipment buy using the tracking number we provide on www.dhl.com

•EMS Express Delivery (5-10 Business Days)
Your shipment will be mailed through EMS Express mail service, you can track your shipment buy using the tracking number we provide on http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html

General Shipping Info (Outside the US)
1. Please use your tracking number to monitor your parcel delivery. You can also contact your local post office when and if you need to do so.
2. If the parcel wasn’t able to be delivered to you 15 days after arriving at your local/destination post office, it will be returned back to us, so please keep an eye on it in order to saving your time.
