Arm not strong enough for my iPad

Same problem that others mentioned… the arm isn’t strong enough to support my iPad. I had to rig something to support it, which was annoying, as it got in the way when I was drawing on that side of my drawing. Yes, I can use my phone, but I can see better using my iPad, as my vision isn’t the greatest and the larger size of my iPad is ideal.

Disappointed

The aluminum triple arm is a disappointment. First of all it is not strong enough to hold the iPad as advertised. And I have to take my iPhone out of its case for it to hold it properly. And finally if there is a lip on my table(and there is) the arm does not open enough to get around it. I am now using a collapsible wooden lunch tray hold my phone while I work.

The triple arm stand

I have used the stand. . . But I have say 2 things. 1) You have to attach the stand to a separate table or bookcase. If you attach to the desk you are working on, ANY movement will cause you to have to re-align your image to the drawing. 2) Also, even though I tightened the screws as tight as I could, the tablet continues to slowly drop, causing me to again, have to align my image to my drawing.
