I love this pen, I use a pen every day and for years I've always had a pen in my pocket, I was resigned to the fact that every 6 months it would be time to buy a new Parker Jotter, the workhorse I've used forever as the clip would break. This pen the Ti Click is beautifully weighted, takes the Ink cartridge love and looks bloody good to boot. Yes, it's more expensive but the build and quality are far superior, you get what you pay for. Being a Designer, I use my pen all day everyday, in the office and out in the production floor, this pen is holding up. the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the clip scratches a little easier than I expected. Scuff's tell the story I guess, I wasn't expecting a patina but I'll grow to love that aspect of this pen as well.
Will I buy more? I only need one pen - I sure do want a few more, one for the office, one for the car and one tucked away in my pocket as a pen always has been.
By far one of the best pens purchases I’ve ever made! I generally use a fountain pen but this one has become my favorite EDC! I really like the modularity and ease of use with multiple refills. The clip is awesome! And the click is smooth and quiet.
Great pen, as advertised! I only regret choosing stonewashed over machine raw, but there is always a next time. I have already customized it by putting a clip from my brass pocket pro...
Hi Milos!
We love it! Hopefully, next time around there are no regrets! Thanks for your support and feedback!
Pro-tip, if the clicking feels scratchy, it might be that the tip of your refill is rubbing on the collet (metal on metal in most cases) to fix this, simply put a tiny bit of Vaseline or chapstick on the tip of the refill, careful not to get any on the rollerball. If that doesn't work, you should lubricate the click mechanism, but for this, you should use the silicone grease that Big Idea Design recommends because it is more viscous and works better for that purpose. If you think something is wrong with your pen, reach out to Big because, in my experience, they fix it quickly and free of charge!
I received my order very quickly and it was a very impressive presentation with the packaging, tool, and spare parts but there was one small flaw in the actual mechanism. I sent an email and within a couple of hours I had a response. I was told I could send it back for a full refund or they could send out replacement parts. A couple of days later my parts were here and my pen was working flawlessly! They really do stand behind their product and have earned a lifelong customer from this experience.
